What is the core philosophy behind Man For Today?
Manners are not what they once were. I started Man For Today in 2020 because I wanted to spread my enthusiasm for all things concerning the good gentlemanly life. Having graduated in Philosophy at the University of Liverpool, I understand how important it is to not be shy with your beliefs but to put a good case forward for them.
Man For Today was born out of a proselytising desire and admiration for those timeless virtues and values of classic masculinity; gentlemanly elegance in the truest sense of the word. Man For Today is based on the cultural inheritance and style of figures like Cary Grant, Alain Delon, and James Bond with the charm and ruggedness of modern icons such as David Gandy and Henry Cavill.
I believe that every man has the potential to become a modern-day gentleman, possessing and practising that philosophy of good manners, elegance, and respect for themselves and setting an example to others.
I hope you take great delight and pleasure in the articles, conversations, and content that I put forward in the pursuit of elegance.
My very best wishes,
